Gender And Sexuality Training Workshops

It is imperative to sensitize Gender in any establishment or institute, based on Transgender Persons Protection Of Rights Act 2019. This ensures safe spaces for individuals who identify as Queer or Trans*. We conduct workshops and sessions, using an intersectional approach, through a Gender-Sexuality lens. We use discussions, interactive exercises, theatre, history, legalities, lectures, and various forms of media to create safe spaces. This is extremely important, particularly for corporate establishments, where we see a rise in diversity hiring opportunities. Unfortunately, statistics have shown an increase in Queerphobia and Transphobia in these same spaces. Awareness is one of the many ways to create a healthy environment for everybody.
